Q. Does your company provide liquor?
A. No, we don’t supply the alcohol itself. Our clients are responsible for purchasing all alcoholic beverages for their events. We specialize in professional service planning and expert bartending services to ensure those beverages are served beautifully and responsibly.
Q. Do you have a liquor license?
A. No. We are a “dry hire” company and since we do not provide or sell alcohol, we are NOT required to have a liquor license. All of our bartenders have attended the server training at the Honolulu Liquor Commission and understand the importance of complying with our State Liquor Laws.
Q. Do you help guide us with how much alcohol to buy ?
A. Yes! We provide a shopping guide that is organized with making your shopping as easy as possible for you.
Q. Do you have front of house servers?
A. Yes. We can provide cocktail servers and food servers.
Q. What do the bartenders and servers wear?
A. Our standard attire is our black, logo polo shirt, black pants or shorts if outdoors, and closed shoes.
Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your services?
A. Every event is unique, and every client has a different budget and need. We work closely with you to ensure you get the best service and prices! Our pricing is based on time and guest count, which determines what need to make sure that we bring enough supplies for the amount of people, that will last the duration of the event!
Q. What if I don’t want a tip jar displayed on the bar at my event?
A. We offer different gratuity options for those clients needing discretion with regard to gratuity
