There is absolutely no charge for all telephone and email consultations. We strive to offer straight‐forward and affordable rates for all of our clients. We offer package options, as well as a la cart services. Quotes are based on the amount of hours needed for bar service, as well as what your needs are. Drink Menu Development
We can help you design the perfect drink menu for your event; consulting with you on specialty drink ideas that may enhance the theme or feel of your event. We assist you regarding the types and recommended amounts of alcohol needed to accommodate your party size. We will coordinate and develop a complete list of what you need for a fully functioning “on location” bar. We love to make the lives of our clients easier by providing them with organized shopping lists as well as recommendations on the best places to purchase specific items from their drink menu. This is all included in your cost!
Packages 
Bartender Package~ Honolulu Bartending Company’s professional bartending services include friendly experienced bartender(s) to show up to your event, setup of the bar area, bar service for specified duration of service time, and clean up of bar area. We also provide all of our own bar tools/equipment such as beer/wine openers, clean ice cooler for cocktails, shakers, juice pourers, garnish trays, muddlers, cutting board and knife, bar towels, bar spoons, tongs, ice scoops… basically everything needed for a smooth and efficient bar service!
Premium Bar Package~ This package includes everything from the basic package as well as coolers and ice.
Top Shelf Bar Package~ This package includes everything from the Basic and Premium packages as well as compostable plastic cups, shot cups, mixers, garnishes, cocktail napkins, straws, plantation iced tea and a water dispenser. We also include optional bar décor and a printed bar menu.
Non-Alcoholic Self-Serve/Hydration Stations
Options include: Plantation (pineapple) Iced Tea, POG – Passion, orange, guava juice, or Rosemary Infused Lemonade
Infused Water
The water can be infused with a combination of flavorings such as lemon + mint, cucumber + lemon, orange + mint, strawberry + basil or seasonal fruit. You can make up your own flavor combinations with up to two choices.
Our large, clear plastic dispensers are refilled throughout the duration of the event.
Coffee + Tea Station
Our coffee + tea station comes with a large urn of freshly brewed coffee, assorted teas and includes sugar, sweetener, macadamia nut syrup, caramel syrup, hazelnut syrup, honey, lemons, half & half, non-dairy creamers, disposable coffee cups, and stirrers.
Mimosa Station
Our mimosa stations come with champagne flutes, juices, garnishes, chilling tubs and and attendant to serve arriving guests pre-ceremony or if you just want to add that extra touch to your event!
Alcohol Concierge
We offer alcohol concierge service where we can bring the alcohol to the venue for you!
Fresh Pineapple Cups
Our freshly made pineapple cups are always a hit! The are also great photo props and have also been used for seating charts!
Glassware Rental
Add on champagne flutes, wine glasses, rocks or old fashioned glassware to any of our packages.
Special Requests
Any special request that you have we are happy and able to accommodate. It is our goal to give you the unique experience that you are looking for. Additional charges may apply for special requests that entail additional staff, supplies, or set up time.
